It is a very simple SOP: 1) Seller sends NCNDA, 2) Buyer submits ICPO and sends POF (MT 199 or BCL from reputable bank in the US, or Sight Draft), 3) after verification Seller will send FCO, SGS, BOL and COC (Chain of Custody), 4) Buyer can physically inspect 5) SPA and IMPFA signed, 6) Buyer pays and takes product.
